I bought it as a gift for my fiancé, who has intense period pain and cramps. She likes that she can wear it anywhere and the heat helps to relieve the symptoms. 10/10 recommend!

I was looking for so long for a portable heating pad and I found it! I use the regular pads that you plug to the outlets in the wall but I cannot go about my day with those.

This pad is portable, small and easy to carry around you can sit, stand and walk without the hassle of cables or without to turn it off so you can move around your house.

It heats very fast and I use it on the highest setting, it had to be used with layers of clothing because of how warm it gets. I don't use the vibration settings because it is uncomfortable for me, but my daughter uses it and likes it.

The pain is bearable when I use it, after two kids my cramps are unbearably painful. I just wished that it could cover more of the pain zone, so I don't have to adjusted. But other than that, I use it every month!

My girlfriend absolutely loved it. She cried when she opened it because it was very thoughtful. So fellas I’d recommend getting one for your lady especially if she is in a lot of pain every cycle

I don't and haven't used this, but for the guys... just buy it and enjoy some brownie points month after month

My wife has a bad sciatic that's been giving her issues even moreso as of late. She puts this on and she's still able to function doing everyday chores (better than she would if she didn't have it).

Bought this for my girlfriend, this is her review. The heating aspect is good, and it relieves pain immediately. The massage part is not my fav tbh, but I still use it sometimes. As someone who uses it 1-2 days of the month when I really need it, it helps a lot

I’m just a dad who wanted to help his oldest daughter. She loved it so much all her friends have them and I’ve purchased 4 others for my youngest and family. They all say they are a life saver. They wear them everywhere. They love the color, the size and the comfort they produce.

I got this because a while ago my friend let me use hers. Everything is great about this. It heats up very fast and stays super hot. I normally use this at setting 2 for the heat because I put it under my waistband. Setting 3 is more for over waistband, at least for me since it gets so warm. The vibrations are also amazing! The one I used a while ago did not have the vibration but it is 100% worth getting this one! The different settings are great for different types of cramps and when using both heat and vibration my cramps almost vanish! Additionally I love how adjustable the straps are and it’s also great for lower back pain! The only, and I mean only downside is that I can’t tell when it is fully charged.

This is perfect for cramps, bloating, and pain. The price was worth it. The best part is you can take it on the go with you and it's completely undetected in the baggy clothes most of us wear during that time of the month.

I love it. It lasted for a good couple of months before it started giving me trouble with the charging part. I contact the customer service and they fixed the problem right away. It’s worth the money and helps during that time of the month.

I bought this for a trip and it worked great. It is small, but mighty. I would have given it 5 stars, but I wish it was a little bigger. I’ll update if anything changes.
